Hi Corky
You can find a series of all-encompassing podcasts relating to vegan/vegeterian diet and lifestyle at: http://feeds.feedburner.com/VegetarianFoodForThought
Colleen Patrick-Goudreau speaks to the many aspects of diet change-- from the animal rights perspective to health issues, environmental impact, recipes and staples of a vegan diet--and she does it with the greatest eloquency of any podcaster I've heard (I bet she majored in English).
I could turn you on to a few other veg'n related podcasts, but Compassionate Cooks is a great place to start, and there's a lot there to catch up on.
Fun show, and I'm with Mike that your podcasts could be a bit windier... they seem to be over right when I'm settling into 'em.
Take Care

Hey Corkey
First, it's Earth Balance and not Heart Smart butter. Sorry to say the wrong thing during the interview.
Thanks for having me on! I really enjoyed the show and I hope that at least some of the information that I was trying to get across came through for your listeners.
Have me on any time and we'll get you trained in Skype again :)
LOL
Yes I'd like to have you on again soon.
It's that getting old crap ... CRS

You are an i-tunes whore! From what I understand the ratings have to do with new subscriptions. So it probably has more to do with how well people like the podcast title more than anything else.
I loves my I-tunes stats... New subscriptions, huh? So where do all my OLD listeners go...
Oh la mer... (I just dreamt that... I dream GAY now too...)
: )
Love me some Mike Hipp - he is such a great guy!
He is even making me thinking about going veggie but I am gonna miss my meat!
