On August 29, 2005 Hurrican Katrina unleashed the fury of 100,000 atomic bombs on the Gulf Coast. New Orleans flooded when the levees broke. Corkey talks about Spike Lee's joint, "When the Levees Broke."
Why is New Orleans still in such terrible shape? How can we celebrate another holiday when 200,000 households destroyed have not been rebuilt?
